General Information
Due to the process of producing products to custom specifications, over runs or under runs of not more than 10% may occur. This will be deemed acceptable and billed on a pro-rate basis. In other words, if you order 1,000 pens, you may get 1015, or you may get 977. But, you will only be billed for what you receive and we try to keep this variance to a minimum. Plus this usually only happens with high run orders.
Shipping and taxes are extra. That's just the way it is.
We ship via UPS, and have very good rates we pass on to you to keep these charges to a minimum. We know you're most likely working with a wedding budget, so upon confirmation of your order we will provide you with a shipping estimate just so there aren't any surprises!
Delivery time varies by each product, some take a bit longer, some don't. It's safe to allow 6 - 8 weeks delivery upon final art proof approval. But, if you need something sooner, just ask! Chances are, we'll make it happen at little to no extra cost.
Payment is by Visa, Matercard or via PayPal. A 50% deposit is required on all orders, charged to your credit card at the time the order is placed, with the balance charged on delivery.

All goods are custom made to order, we do not exchange or refund money on garments made to order. Custom decorated items cannot be accepted or returned unless defective. Call or write for authorization within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Any items returned without authorization will not be credited or returned. Return the carton by UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Mark the authorization number on the outside of the carton returned. NO COD RETURNS.
All returns subject to inspection before credit is given.
All returns must be received within 14 days of the date the return was authorized, returns will not be accepted past that date.
Non-personalized items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Cancellations and changes must be made by close of the same business day you place your order.
